The location was exceptionally nice for traveling around Johor Bahru, near common areas, the nearest shopping center and mall. My room included climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk. I stayed here for a trip and will come back.

During my recent stay at Austin Paradise - Taman Pulai Utama, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The hotel had a classy lobby and plenty of parking spaces. The air conditioning was excellent, and the room had good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. The hotel's location in the town center was convenient, with easy access to UTM Skudai. Plus, the hotel had an elevator, which was perfect for my older parents.
Although the room was on the smaller side, it was still cozy and provided all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, with toiletries provided and a water filter available.

The location is perfect, close to good food and safe to park. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which were both a bonus to our stay. the shower had good water pressure and the room was clean and comfortable.
The bathroom was a bit open and not very secure as there was no lock on the toilet door. This was a bit of a concern for us in terms of privacy and security.

This hotel is conveniently located near a small shopping mall and is easy to find using GPS. the room and bathroom are clean with good air conditioning. the staff are friendly and helpful. the elevator is a plus, especially if you have older parents with you. the breakfast is delicious, and the view from the room is breathtaking.
The noise from vehicles passing by the hotel can be disruptive, but this is common in many city hotels.

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was sparkling clean and the air conditioning was in perfect condition. The beds were comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. The hotel also had a water filter which is a bonus.
The bathroom needs improvement as the toilet door had no lock while the glass below sticker was too high and the top of the glass sticker was too low. The bathroom also had an open concept which might be uncomfortable for some guests.
